Introduction:
The flower of the bitter orange tree is also known as Bitter Orang Blossom. In the 17th century, a Princess of Nerola of Italy especially liked the aroma of bitter orange flower, because the bitter orange flower was named after the princess: Neroli. Neroli essential oil is widely used in the perfume industry and is also one of the ingredients of cologne.
